Professional Standard One

Reflection:

I understand this standard to mean that as a teacher I am responsible to creating an environment and learning experiences that enhance the learning possibilities for the students by creating leaning experiences that are creative, engaging and flexible. 

Strengths / Weaknesses:

I find it difficult to think of new ideas for each learning experience, however believe that with more experience opportunities and resources will become available .  

Artifacts:

-       I feel that I can overcome this weakness by researching different strategies online and asking other professional staff about their techniques.
